We appreciate your interest in our Flexifeet course. In the course of registration, we process personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Purpose of processing

The data you enter in the form (in particular email address and, if applicable, name) will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Sending the access link to our online course

  • (Optional) Sending our newsletter with information about products, offers, and relevant topics

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in each email.

4. Double-Opt-in

After registering you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Only after clicking on this link will your subscription to the newsletter become active. This procedure protects you and us from unwanted email submissions and meets the legal requirements for a documented consent process.

5. Email delivery via MailerLite

The delivery of course emails and, where applicable, newsletters is carried out via the provider:

6. Data retention

Your data will be stored as long as you use the course and/or newsletter or until you withdraw your consent. After that, your data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
